THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an outstanding 2IC. If you're confident in selling and people management, have a sound understanding of retail processes, and are interested in a unique opportunity with growth potential this role is for you.

The role will see you work collaboratively to support store targets, guiding team members to achieve their personal sales targets while ensuring seamless store operations.

Day-to day management of store encompasses a broad range of duties including managing online orders, assisting with social media schedule and content, inventory management & customer service.

ABOUT YOU:

With previous retail experience you are skilled at offering KPI-driven sales advice whilst maintaining a friendly, approachable manner.

With a strong sense of personal style, a flair for engaging with customers and a can-do attitude you will display confidence when providing KPI-driven sales advice, and a friendly, down to earth manner when making recommendations to our broad range of clientele.

To be successful, you will be flexible, dynamic, and eager to learn.

  • Experience in apparel retail.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous retail sales and team management experience.
  • Understanding of general retail expectations in a boutique environment.
  • Strong computer literacy – POS, Microsoft Office suite -or similar - Quick Learner
  • Professional manner, can-do attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Industry-specific knowledge or interest in hatting will be highly regarded.
