Current Opportunities

We're currently seeking a full-time City Hatters Store Manager to join our team in our Melbourne CBD location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Driving sales and ensuring the store meets financial targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clientele
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing retail team
  • Implementing visual merchandising and store presentations to showcase our product range
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the wider business to support strategic initiatives and brand growth

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, ideally within the fashion, accessories or luxury goods industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
