All orders from City Hatters are shipped with Australia Post and customers are provided with a tracking number for any order placed.

When do you ship orders?
Please allow 24 hours for processing of order During weekdays.
Orders placed after 12pm Weekdays, are lodged with Australia Post the following day.
Orders placed from 12pm Friday to Sunday are shipped the following Monday (Public Holidays excepted) for both Express & Standard shipping options.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes we do!
Hats can be collected during regular trading hours from our store at 211 Flinders St. Melbourne 3000.
Right next to Flinders Street Station.
